Summary
Dynamic development in all fields of technology has contributed to a need for management personnel and specialists to be as comfortable with technical matters as they are with business matters. To satisfy these business requirements, the Industrial Engineering course communicates economic and technological knowledge interdisciplinarily. The course combines the traditional fields of study of economics and mechanical engineering.
The students also receive extensive IT training and a well founded education in English and optionally in French or Spanish. The students are directly prepared for the requirements of an international labour market.
Career prospects
The career fields of our graduates are interdisciplinary and encompass predominantly interdisciplinary business functions, particularly in the fields of logistics, material handling, procurement, project organisation, marketing and sales in the production sector. However, our graduates are also in high demand in fields such as the reorganisation and the optimisation of in-house and cross-company business processes in the service sector.
